CSI is seeking bright, enthusiastic individuals to build its Implementation Team. Implementation Consultants (IC) deploy and support high-end, enterprise-wide, mission critical applications in accordance with the planned project scope within the project timeline, as directed by the Project Manager. The IC will perform all onsite implementation activities including; hardware and software deployment, administrator and user training, business process analysis and design, and management of the project scope with remote assistance from a Project Manager. The IC will be responsible for monitoring system testing during the client's conversion process to ensure for accuracy and customer satisfaction, and will act as a liaison between clients and product development to ensure that high impact problems and customizations are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Implementation consultants are also expected to thoroughly document all technical and functional aspects of implementations and to communicate accomplishments and issues to Project Managers on a daily basis. Other responsibilities as assigned from time to time

Team members must be prepared to travel (10-20%) with all expenses paid or reimbursed.

Qualified candidates will have BS/BA degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education/certification and work experience. Professional requirements desired:

• 2+ years experience in a software implementation environment dealing with client demands or a minimum of 2 years experience with software programming required.

• Experience with Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS), Microsoft Transaction Server (MTS)

• Must have a strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL (both from a developer and DBA perspective)

• Knowledge of Citrix, Terminal Services is a plus.

• Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills required.

• Ability to work under time constraints.

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline required or the equivalent in education and experience.

• Experience in behavioral/healthcare businesses is highly desirable
