CSI is seeking bright, enthusiastic individuals to
build its Sales and Marketing Team.
The Marketing Consultant reports to the Director of
Operations. The Marketing Consultant will be responsible for making direct
sales efforts to prospective clients to sell CSI’s products and services.

Clearly understand and articulate CSI’s products
and services.

Maintain ongoing communication with existing
accounts on a regular basis.

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans
and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue
objectives of organization.

Oversee development and maintenance of customer
database.

Plan and conduct market research to identify
opportunities for increased sales and adjusts marketing strategy to meet
changing market and competitive conditions.

Define promotional activities, publicizing the
product through the press, sales force, and alternate distribution
channels.

Manage development, production, and distribution of
promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing
programs.

Submit weekly report of activities and visits to
report on potential and actual new business and the expansion of
existing business.

Review analysis of marketing surveys on current and
new product concepts in order to recommend future product development.

Plan, promote, and executes sales meetings and
community and goodwill events.

Help establish and maintain consistent corporate
image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events

Monitor and report on competitive products and
marketing activities.

Establish and maintain relationships with industry
influencers and key community and strategic partners.
Team members must be prepared to travel (10-20%) with
all expenses paid or reimbursed. |
| Requirements: |
Proven success in developing new business and
generating sales leads and in achieving revenue goals and managing a sales
territory

Successful track record of closing
business with at least 3 to 5 years of healthcare software sales
experience.

Identify and develop sales prospects and
opportunities and quickly develop relationships with prospective clients.

Prior vendor sales experience with
another healthcare technology company preferred.

Knowledge of behavioral health care
industry a plus.

Associates degree or higher in business
or marketing
-
Strong organizational skills
-
Exceptional written and verbal
communication skills and the ability to effectively present information
and respond to questions.

Compensation: Base plus commission structure. |
