SOFTWARE BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Description

As the Business Relationship Manager, the selected candidate will be directly responsible for selling CSI’s software products and services in Europe and North America. The candidate must be a dynamic and self driven IT marketing professional, qualified with an MBA degree and relevant consultative selling experience (3+ years) of software services and products. The position calls for strong relationship management skills and a proven track record of sales and marketing in IT. The candidate should be a person who thrives at a challenging assignment with an opportunity to display leadership and proactive initiatives in a highly competitive market. He should be a person with strong “networking” skills to forge and cement strong relationships with a wide cross-section of entities including clients, channel partners, consultants and industry associations.

 

Responsibilities include:

  •  Identify target markets and initiate marketing campaigns to reach target customers. Candidate should be familiar with cold calling, email campaigns, webinars and other means to reach prospects.

  •  Identify prospects’ business needs, evaluation possible solutions, analyze gaps and create high level design and functional specifications

  •  Make sales/solution presentations and demos to key decision makers effectively selling the capabilities, credentials and project methodologies of CSI

  •  Develop and present proposals for business solutions

  •  Negotiate and close business contracts

  •  Manage key accounts and further analyze client business needs, develop and present solutions

  •  Ongoing development of sales team

Requirements:
  • MBA degree and relevant consultative selling experience (3+ years) of software services and products. strong relationship management skills and a proven track record of sales and marketing in IT.
  • Leadership and ability to take proactive initiatives in a highly competitive market.
  • Strong “networking” skills to forge and cement strong relationships
