Senior Software Engineers (5 positions):

.NET/ASP/Visual Basic Software Engineer: Selected candidates will develop and apply state-of-the-art technology solutions.

• Responsible for analysis, design, coding, testing and documentation of assigned tasks while adhering to coding standards and guidelines

• Writing detail design documents and specifications for programming

• Database design

• Provide technical assistance to customers

• Assist management to estimate and schedule projects

• Support development infrastructure for programming staff

• Perform code reviews

• Candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision to develop technical solutions

• Deliver expected project results within the established time

• Proactively identifies issues and risks, and monitors and controls their occurrence

Qualified candidates will have BS/BA degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education/certification and work experience. The ideal candidate will   have experience with the following skill sets:

• Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0/VB.Net
• Microsoft ASP/ASP.Net
• Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL (both from a developer and DBA perspective)
• Microsoft VBScript
• Microsoft COM/COM+ technology
• Microsoft XML Core Services (MSXML)
• WAP technologies in a Microsoft and Palm based environment
• JavaScript
• Seagate Crystal Reports
   

1. Must have a strong understanding/experience in n-tier, object oriented application development environment. 

2. Experience with Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS), Microsoft Transaction Server (MTS), DTS, and Visual Source Safe is preferred. 

3. Knowledge of and experience working within fundamental systems development life cycle methodology.

4. Demonstrated application of systems analysis and design techniques.

5. Strong written and oral communication skills.

6. Stays current with emerging technology and can provide recommendations for application to business solutions.

7. Experience in healthcare businesses a plus.
