Assessments

Cx360 includes a comprehensive multi-disciplinary bio-psychosocial assessment that can be configured to meet the requirements of individual programs within your organization. This approach allows you to get a holistic view of the client while still providing an efficient way for programs to just collect the data they require. In addition to the comprehensive bio-psychosocial, Cx360 includes various standardized assessments including nursing, Addictions Severity Index (ASI), ASAM and other third party tools. Clinicians also have the option of using Cx360 to just track scores/results from various assessment tools. Organizations can also develop and integrate their own assessments, tests and other forms using the available forms designer tool.

My Page

The My Page section is a great place for clinicians to start their day on Cx360. From the My Page, clinicians can quickly see their schedule, review clients they are going to see for the day and be alerted on any new information. Clinicians and supervisors will also be able to review their task list, review productivity goals or manage their schedules from within the My Page section.

Treatment Planning

Cx360 includes a comprehensive treatment planning module driven by clinical content from Wiley's Treatment Planning Guides. The treatment plan is structured with problems, goals, objectives and interventions. Clinicians can pull up statements from a pre-defined list and customize them for each client. The treatment plan automatically pulls up the problems identified from the assessment to ensure consistency in the planning process. Further, the treatment plan uses a logical data flow to provide users will appropriate suggestions for goals, objectives and interventions based on the identified problems.
