Rachna Bagdi

Rachna Bagdi serves as Chief Operating Officer of Core Solutions, where she leads business operations and solutions architecture at all levels. Her role encompasses designing and optimizing processes, as well as developing systems solutions and enhancements that support behavioral health and human services organizations across the nation. Before joining Core Solutions, Rachna built a diverse portfolio of expertise in programming, consulting, and financial analysis within top healthcare and technology organizations. As Team Lead at Siemens Medical Systems (USA), she developed critical modules for a software application that enabled hospitals to conduct retrospective analyses of vital patient, clinical, and financial data. Prior to Siemens, she served as a financial analyst at Temple University Health System (TUHS), where she managed the organization’s financial and strategic planning systems. Rachna holds an M.S. and an M.B.A. from Temple University and a B.S. from Bombay University.
