Ravi Ganesan is the founder and CEO of Core Solutions, where he leads the revolution in behavioral health through artificial intelligence and other cutting-edge technologies. With over 25 years of dedication, Ravi has addressed the unique challenges of the health and human services industry by developing innovative EHR technology, significantly improving treatment outcomes. His deep expertise in healthcare and technology, combined with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, has established Core Solutions as a leading software provider nationwide.

As CEO, Ravi has successfully established partnerships with large providers, government agencies, and leading management consulting firms to improve treatment for behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disability services. Ravi is an active speaker on AI and data-driven decision-making.

Ravi received his M.B.A. from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.

As Chief Operating Officer of Core Solutions, Rachna Bagdi oversees business and solutions architecture across all levels of the company, including process design, redesign and modeling and design of systems solutions and enhancements for behavioral health and human services organizations across the country.

Before joining Core Solutions, Rachna gained extensive programming, consulting and financial analysis experience from some of the top organizations in the healthcare and technology industries. As Team Lead at Siemens Medical Systems (USA), she developed key modules for an application designed to help hospital systems with retrospective analysis of critical patient, clinical and financial data. Prior to her work with Siemens, Rachna was a financial analyst for Temple University Health System (TUHS), where she managed the financial and strategic planning systems for the organization, which has grown into one of the most reputable systems in the region. While there, she was involved in numerous milestone projects, including analysis and development of the Children’s Hospital at TUHS, key involvement with the mergers and acquisition due diligence team and establishment of the Liver, Pancreas & Small Bowel Transplant Unit.

Rachna holds both an M.S. and M.B.A. from Temple University, Philadelphia, and a B.S. from Bombay University, India.

As Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Jon focuses on expanding and advancing Core's solutions to best serve the growing customer base and their clients.

Jon has an extensive background in health IT and information services having worked for successful organizations like DuPont, SMS, Siemens, and ECRI. He is a recognized digital health expert speaking at events nationwide and on Capitol Hill.

Jon received his B.S. from the University of Michigan and M.B.A. from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.

Michael Lardieri is a licensed clinical social worker with a 30+ year history leading behavioral health organizations and is known nationally for his expertise and vision in the health and human services field. Mike has a strong background in inpatient, outpatient, and managed care settings and was a behavioral health administrator for one of the largest Federally Qualified Community Health Centers (FQHCs) in the nation. Mike has extensive experience in health plan operations, network development, population health, implementing electronic health records and other health information technologies, opioid addiction treatment, and integrating behavioral health and primary care.

Before joining Core Solutions, Mike was Chief Operating Officer at Kaden Health a virtual MAT startup, and Assistant Vice President of Strategic Program Development at Northwell Health, the 14th largest health system in the nation.

Mike is an expert in 42 CFR Part 2, is a leader in quality management nationally, and leads Core's efforts in implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning in behavioral health settings. 

David Hellhake leads all of Core’s enterprise implementations. He has over 25 years of experience assessing and mitigating risk and managing the contractual relationship with major clients, large (18,000+ users) and small. Serving as the primary contact for client-related project matters, he works to ensure contract compliance and completion of all deliverables with successful service delivery.

In addition, he collaboratively drives implementations forward by interfacing with multiple work streams, including stakeholders, product owners, IT staff, development, and other teams.

David received his B.S. from the University of Pittsburgh in Political Science and Business Administration.
